If an incorrect address is given or a customer requests to reroute a package, UPS may charge a $10.00 address correction fee. The customer will be responsible for this expense.
Express Shipping:
Phone, fax or order online by 11:00am est and ask for Overnight Delivery. Overnight orders will be delivered on Monday thru Friday by 5:00 PM the following business day (excluding holidays) to most areas for an additional $18.95 for addresses in the US. Available for in stock merchandise only. This service not available for International Orders. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $30.00. Overnight Delivery may not be available to all areas. Call 1-800-799-6445 to check availability.
International Orders:
We ship worldwide via Global priority service. International orders add $32.00 to regular shipping charges. For International orders not paying by American Express or a money order. (Visa, M/C and Discover), please fax us a photocopy of your credit card (front and back) along with your order ID number and your signature. This helps to expedite your order and avoid approval delays. If you do not send a copy of your card, your order may be delayed one week. The fax may be sent to 386-253-5938. RECIPIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES. IF A CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN IS NEEDED, ADD AN ADDITIONAL $10.00. Email us at lk@blueskyswimwear.com to see if one is required for your country. (We do not ship to Nigeria, Hungary, France, Poland or Lebanon)
Cancelled Orders: Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Lost Shipments:
In order to receive credit for a lost shipment we must be notified that your order has not been received within 30 days of placing it.
Shipping and Handling Charges (non-refundable): These cost cover order processing, hand packaging, shipping materials, insurance and postage to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.
Free Shipping Promotion: Occasionally we will offer a discount code to receive free shipping. If items are returned or cancelled the original shipping charges will be deducted from your return credit. Free Shipping promotional codes can not be combined with other offers, on exchanges or if paying with a merchandise credit.
