Blue Sky Design Studios LLC offers direct to Consumer online sales, white label and private label swimwear manufacturing  (“services”) for individuals and businesses that want to start or continue a collection under their Brand name.   By accepting these term and conditions, you agree The “brand” name you provide to Blue Sky Design Studios for these products and/or services ("Products") is owned or in the process of being owned by you.  If any trademark or other infringement arises, it is agreed that Blue Sky Design Studios LLC is not liable for any and all issues that could arise from any online purchase .  These products are made for you and shipped directly to you.  You agree Blue Sky Design Studios LLC has no liability once the products are shipped.

The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Sales and others.  Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and are part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.  FURTHERMORE, BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.  If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site or any other Services.  

RETURN POLICY and additional TERMS and CONDITIONS for online orders:

Once an order is placed it can not be altered or cancelled.  Products are manufactured according to your colors and sizes chosen and may not be returned.  Since we manufacture our own products, please be patience if your items have to be made. Due to increased manufacturing costs MSRP is subject to change without notice. All products and services are non refundable.

In the event an item is received damaged or defective, a claim must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  Defective items will be replaced at no charge.

All Regular prices represent what we sell these styles for through out our website. All Sale prices Represent the clearance price of limited fabrics.  If you have any questions, concerns or confusion please call us before purchasing.  If you do purchase please understand that you are buying from a Volusia County, Fl location and therefore any and all confusion will be handled under the laws and jurisdiction of Volusia County, Fl. And their court systems.

SHIPPING:

All shipping charges for these programs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please make sure to provide us with a correct mailing address, not a PO Box.  We will ship via USPS or FEDEX.
